“The simple pleasures are life’s truest treasures.”
We’re headed to market, we’re headed to market! This is a busy week as we make our final preparations to head to Quilt Market in Houston, TX. We recently received samples from one of the collections we are debuting – Sweet Birdie.
In celebration of receiving our samples from Kathy’s latest collection, please enjoy 20% off of fabric through the 31st of the month by entering the promo code fabricjoy at checkout.
Enjoy your first sneak peep (ha ha!) – there will be more to come very soon!
A life in balance is an elusive thing. We’re faced with decisions every day that either bring about a deeper sense of wholeness and contentment, or a greater degree of stress and anxiety. My art is often a reflection of these two forces in my own life, and my ongoing efforts to understand what balance looks like for me.
When I’m involved in the creative process, when I’m putting paint to paper or viewing the world through a camera lens, things become clear for me, and my work informs my life. The pieces in this collection reflect some of my thoughts and musings on the idea of balance, and the notion that one’s perspective changes everything.
