December is such a busy month filled with holiday preparations and celebrations! Each year I try to simplify my schedule a bit to make sure I enjoy the season and not let the hustle and bustle ruin my spirit. But one tradition I hold onto is the sending of Christmas cards and holiday greetings. I may be a bit prejudiced since I make my living thanks to greeting cards, but one of my favorite things about the season is hearing from loved ones. I relish each and every card and letter I receive. Even though social media helps us stay in touch with others through the year, there is nothing like the sharing of family news and photos accompanied by the personal aesthetic and warm wishes that greeting cards express.

That’s the reason this month’s column is about Staying Connected at the holiday season. Whether you send a Kathy Davis card  or make one of your own, please join me in keeping this warm-hearted tradition alive!

Best Wishes for the holiday Season!

With a very large list of different kinds of charity opportunities, you’ll be sure to find a card and charity that’s behind something you’re passionate about.
