Creative Production Manager

The Creative Production Manager oversees quality control, research and development, technical standards and equipment management functions for the company. This position is responsible for technical proofing, establishing and maintaining technical standards for print production, manipulating images to ensure colors are optimized for reproduction processes while maintaining the integrity and printability of electronic files created for production.

Designer/Assistant
Kathy Davis Brand

Kathy Davis Studios is an established design studio in the suburban Philadelphia area. We are looking for a unique individual to fill the newly created position of DESIGNER/ASSISTANT.

The Designer’s primary goal is to work closely with CEO (Kathy Davis) along with our Creative Director to design and develop art / projects as directed, for use on a variety of Kathy Davis branded products. The Designer will be required to fully immerse themselves in all aspects of the Kathy Davis brand, including a full understanding of the brand promise, art styles and collections, lettering styles, program building and goals, and product research and development. Requirements for the Designer will be solid creative and digital design skills, high degree of organization, consistent high quality standards, and an objective understanding of the target audience. They will be devoted to the creation of leading edge product utilizing the full portfolio of Kathy Davis Brand artwork, and will maintain an understanding of how trends affect product and the emotional impact a product can have to the end consumer. The designer must be able to find creative solutions and applications for Kathy Davis art, on both greeting cards and three dimensional product, and be willing to continually try new ideas. They need to understand technical limitations in order to push the envelope in an effort to come up with challenging and exciting ideas and opportunities for product development. The Designer also must be willing to assist CEO in organizational and administrative functions, as needed, with a “whatever it takes” attitude..
